Cook spaghetti. Follow package cooking instructions. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;2. In a sauce pan, heat olive oil. Saute garlic and tomatoes.&lt;br /&gt;3. Add veggie sausage and turkey ham. Cook for a minute.&lt;br /&gt;4. Add chili powder and dried rosemary and cook for another minute.&lt;br /&gt;5. Add contents of 1 can whole tomatoes. Mashed the tomatoes with your ladle. 6. If you intend to add red wine, now is the time to do so.&lt;br /&gt;7. Simmer sauce until liquid is reduced and thick consistency is achieved.&lt;br /&gt;8. Add a pinch of salt &amp; freshly ground pepper for more flavor.&lt;br /&gt;9. Using olive oil, saute garlic and onion. 2. Add rotisserie chicken. Let it cook for a minute before adding leftover rice.&lt;br /&gt;3. In a small bowl, combine soysauce, sesame oil, dried mint, sweet paprika, cumin and lemon juice. Pour mixture to rice. Mix thoroughly and cook for 3 more minutes.&lt;br /&gt;4. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add diced chicken.  Cook for 3 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add corn and zucchini. Season with garlic powder, chili pepper flakes, salt &amp; pepper.&lt;br /&gt;3. Remove from heat. Toss rigatoni. &lt;br /&gt;4. Add lemon juice and some more extra virgin olive oil. Add the&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;chicken and cook until it just halfway done, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove it from&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the pan.&lt;br /&gt;2.In a separate pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer.&lt;br /&gt;3.In the large pot, heat the some more oil ove low heat. Saute the onion&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;until translucent.&lt;br /&gt;4.Add the arborio rice and stir for about 3 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;5.Add the white wine to the rice. Cook until all of the wine has been&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;absorbed. Strir it frquently to avoid sticking.&lt;br /&gt;6. Add about 1/2 cup of the simmering broth. cook until almost all the&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;broth has been absorbed.&lt;br /&gt;7. Continue cooking the rice this way, adding broth 1/2 cup at a time and&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;allowing the rice to absorb it before adding the next 1/2 cup.&lt;br /&gt;8. When rice is cooked,stir in the chicken and chickpeas. Add salt, garlic powder and pepper to taste.&lt;br /&gt;9. STir in chopped cilantro.&lt;br /&gt;10. Mixed all ingredients throuroghly&lt;br /&gt;2. Add spoonfuls of the mixture on mussel shells&lt;br /&gt;3. To make the turkey meatballs, combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. In a greased baking pan, drop a spoonful of the mixture, approximately an inch apart from each other. Bake in a&lt;br /&gt;350 F preheated oven until golden brown. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Saute galic and onion. Add beans and turkey meatballs.&lt;br /&gt;3. pepper&lt;br /&gt;Lemon wedges for garnishing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saute garlic and onion on olive oil. Add mixed seafood (all except shrimp) and Spanish chorizo. Stir fry for 5 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Add tomatoes, sweet red pepper, green bell pepper and capers. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;Cook rice in seafood stock. When it is halfway done, add cumin, paprika, tomato paste, thyme and saffron. Cook until done.&lt;br /&gt;Stir in seafood mixture and shrimp to the rice. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper according to your desired taste. Its still half the container and I dont think we'll be able to finish it all by then. I decided to grind it, add a pinch of ground pepper and garlic powder. Then took some chicken tenders and coated it a little flour, dipped it in eggwhites, rolled it on ground oats and baked it....im trying it now with some gravy and i never expected something this healthy could taste good.&lt;br /&gt;In the future, Im planning to try using oats as a breadcrumb substitute. I think it will be good on salmon and veggie tempura too. I believe there is no specific recipe for it and one can go as creative as can be in making one.  There may be lots of versions of minestrone, here is one:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;12 pcs. Medium sized shrimp (without shells &amp;amp; de-veined)&lt;br /&gt;1 can of oysters in olive oil&lt;br /&gt;1 cup of salmon fillet diced&lt;br /&gt;½ cup chopped broccoli&lt;br /&gt;½ cup diced carrots&lt;br /&gt;½ cup diced celery&lt;br /&gt;½ cup diced tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;1 medium sized onion-finely chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 medium sized zucchini – diced&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon of dried marjoram&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon of minced garlic&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon of garlic powder&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon of dried basil&lt;br /&gt;2 teaspoon of olive oil&lt;br /&gt;3 cups of seafood/chicken stock&lt;br /&gt;3 tablespoon of tomato paste&lt;br /&gt;1 cup of spinach leaves&lt;br /&gt;salt &amp;amp; pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procedure:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sautee garlic and onions on oil. Add in tomatoes.&lt;br /&gt;Pour in broth and bring it to a boil.&lt;br /&gt;Add all the vegetables (except spinach). Set the stove to medium heat.&lt;br /&gt;Add in oysters, shrimps and salmon. Give it a quick stir and add all the spices and herbs.&lt;br /&gt;Use tomato paste to thicken the soup a bit. Simmer for a couple of minutes then add spinach.&lt;br /&gt;Add salt &amp;amp; pepper, if desired. Remove from heat. Combine cream cheese and splenda in a bowl. Using a handheld electric mixer, beat&lt;br /&gt;the mixture until smooth.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Add eggs, one at a time.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Saute onion. Add bell pepper, beans, celery, carrots, brocolli and zucchini.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add chicken broth, thyme and oregano. Bring to boil.&lt;br /&gt;3. Chinese vermicelli (misua)&lt;br /&gt;5 cups beef broth&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp. soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(meatball)&lt;br /&gt;4 tbsp chopped onion&lt;br /&gt;1 lb. ground beef&lt;br /&gt;2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;¼ cup  flour&lt;br /&gt;salt &amp;amp; pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procedure:&lt;br /&gt;Combine all ingredients for meatballs. Mix thoroughly and form 1” balls out of it.&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Bake meatballs for 15 minutes. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;Sauté garlic and shallots.  Add your baked meatballs.&lt;br /&gt;Add your beef broth and bring to boil.&lt;br /&gt;Put Chinese vermicelli. Boil manicotti pasta according to package instructions. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Combine all ingredients for the filling. Mix thoroughly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Fill manicotti with your chicken fillings. Arrange in a baking pan .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. To make the white sauce, melt butter in a sauce pan. Add flour and whisk it to avoid forming lumps. Add chicken broth, milk and cream cheese. Continue whisking. Simmer for a few minutes until sauce is rich and thick.&lt;br /&gt;5. Pour white sauce on top of your manicotti. Add 4 tbsp. of store bought marinara sauce before topping with cheese.
