Orange Glazed Beef & Veggie



Procedure:

Stir fry garlic, onion, bell pepper & beef.
Add in carrots, celery and broccoli.
In a small sauce pan, combine orange juice, curry powder, orange zest, maple syrup.
Let it boil for a minute. Meanwhile, dissolve cornstarch in 3 tbsp. of cold water. Use this to thicken the orange glaze. Remove from heat.
Add orange glaze to the beef & vegetable. Top with cashew nuts.

( Best served with steaming brown rice)
