Tilapia with Black Bean Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
2 medium sized clean tilapia cut into 2 (makes four pieces)
2 blocks of tofu cut into 1” cubes
3 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Black bean garlic sauce
3 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 medium sized onion thinly sliced
¼ cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp. olive oil
Procedure:
Fry tilapia. Set aside.
Sauté garlic and onion in a large sauce pan. Add tofu cubes. Let it cook for 3 minutes.
Add black bean garlic sauce and vinegar. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
Pour sauce over tilapia. Garnish with lots of parsley.
