Meatball Soup

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. crushed garlic
2 tbsp. chopped shallots
2 tbsp. chopped onion leeks
4 oz. Chinese vermicelli (misua)
5 cups beef broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce

(meatball)
4 tbsp chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
¼ cup flour
salt & pepper

Procedure:
Combine all ingredients for meatballs. Mix thoroughly and form 1” balls out of it.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Bake meatballs for 15 minutes. Set aside.
Sauté garlic and shallots. Add your baked meatballs.
Add your beef broth and bring to boil.
Put Chinese vermicelli. Reduce heat to a simmer.
Add leeks and season with soysauce.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
