PANCIT BIHON Red's Style


How to Make it:


1. Sauté garlic and onion in a wok.
2. Add in green beans and carrots.
3. Add in shitake mushroom, and shrimp.
4. Season with soy sauce, hot sauce and pepper.
5. Set aside.
6. Boil shrimp broth in another pot. Add rice stick to the broth. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
7. Strain the rice stick from the broth.
8. Toss rice stick to shrimp-mushroom mixture.
9. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
