MANICOTTI WITH CHICKEN FILLING


To assemble:

1. Boil manicotti pasta according to package instructions. Set aside.

2. Combine all ingredients for the filling. Mix thoroughly.

3. Fill manicotti with your chicken fillings. Arrange in a baking pan .

4. To make the white sauce, melt butter in a sauce pan. Add flour and whisk it to avoid forming lumps. Add chicken broth, milk and cream cheese. Continue whisking. Simmer for a few minutes until sauce is rich and thick.
5. Pour white sauce on top of your manicotti. Add 4 tbsp. of store bought marinara sauce before topping with cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes
