Cheesecake with Fresh Fruits


You will need:
1 pre-made pie crust
Strawberries, Blueberries & Sliced Kiwi for toppings
Ingredients for Filling:
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
2 large eggs
1 cup granulated splenda
1 tsp. lemon juice1 tsp. lemon zest
How to do it:
1. Combine cream cheese and splenda in a bowl. Using a handheld electric mixer, beat
the mixture until smooth.
2. Add eggs, one at a time.
3. Finally, add lemon juice and zest while continuesly beating the mixture.
4. Pour cheesecake filling on pre-made pie crust.
5. Bake at 350F in a pre-heated oven for 40-50 minutes.
6. Top with strawberries, kiwi and blueberries.
7. Drizzle with honey.
8. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
