Breaded Shrimp Salad

You will need:
6-8 pcs extra large shrimps ( no shells, but tails on)
1 egg-beaten
2 tbsp.flour
panko breadcrumbs
oil for pan frying
(salad)
2 cups lettuce-chopped
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes-sliced into strips
1 small onion-sliced into strips
store-bought dressing of your own choice
( i used Honey French Salad Dressing)
salt & pepper, if desired




The Method:
1. Roll shrimp into flour, dip it beaten egg and roll in panko breadcrumbs. Pan fry until golden brown.
2. In salad bowl, mix lettuce, sun dried tomatoes and onions. Top with breaded shrimp and salad dressing of your choice. Season wiith salt and pepper if desired.
