Baked Mussels & Carrot-Radish Salad


You will need:
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1/2 cup mashed potato
3 tbsp finely chopped sweet red pepper
1 small onion finely chopped
24 pcs cookes mussels removed from shells-finely chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp sweet paprikasalt & pepper
parmesan cheese
empty mussel shells




The Method:
1. Mixed all ingredients throuroghly
2. Add spoonfuls of the mixture on mussel shells
3. Line filled mussel shells on a baking tray and bake on a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes (350 F)
4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
