Beef & BokChoy Noodle Soup
You will need:
1/2 lb of Thin strips of lean beef
2 cups Chinese Bok Choy-chopped into bite size
2 cups of egg noodles
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 cups of beef broth
3 cloves of garlic smashed
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
salt,pepper & chili flakes to taste
The Method:
1. Saute thin strips of beef, garlic and onion.
2. Add egg noodles add beef broth and let it all boil.
3. Finally, add bokchoy and turn heat off.
4. Season with sesame oil, salt, pepper & chili flakes before serving.
